Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023

The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was organized on October 17th ,2023 at the community center. The meeting started promptly at 18:30 hours with Chairman, Mr. Robert Taylor , presiding over the gathered board members.

The board discussed several issues including the upcoming Halloween event, concerns regarding the swimming pool facilities and concerns raised by residents regarding parking regulations.

Suggested Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association will be presenting numerous proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming scheduled meeting on July 15th. Dear Residents,

This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several strategies designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on early August, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and additional landscaping projects.
